Oral Presentations will be presented according to the Final Programme. All F2F presenters should contact the PC reception desk at least 2 hours prior to their session, to ensure the technicians load their presentation. Speakers of the morning sessions should deliver their material the day before their presentation. All virtual presenters should connect to the zoom link given by the Secretariat at least 30’ minutes before their presentation. Each oral presentation should last 15 minutes (10 minutes presentation and 5 minutes for questions).
F2F Posters will be presented on poster panels according to the numbers given in the Final Programme at the designated area of the Symposium venue. Virtual presenters should connect to the zoom link given by the Secretariat at least 30’ minutes before their presentation.
When entering the abstract submission system for the first time, you will be asked to create a profile. Through your account you will be able to access your personal page to submit one or several abstracts. You can edit your abstracts until the submission deadline.
Please note that the final decisions regarding the allocation and the type of presentation of the submitted abstract will be made by the Scientific Programme Committee.
It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author as no editing will be done. Please note that each year a number of abstracts are rejected because of poor English or because they contain no/incomplete data.
Notification of acceptance
Notifications of acceptance or rejection of the abstracts will be sent to the author that submitted the abstract.
The submitting author receives all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing all co-authors of the status of the abstract.
With the notification of acceptance, abstract submitters will be informed about the time and date of their presentation and are asked to reconfirm their attendance.
Registration and publication of abstracts
At least one author of an abstract must register for the congress.
